We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team in east London. You’ll have at least 3 years’ experience working within a creative studio environment and are confident contributing across a range of projects, including digital and motion.
- This is a full-time position (37.5 hours, 5 days per week).
- The role is based in person at our studio in east London.
- Salary: £32,000–£37,000.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Develop intelligent and original design solutions across brand identity, print, digital, type and 2D motion.
- Develop and extend identity systems across websites, digital applications and 2D motion. Work closely with Creative Leads on the design and production of projects.
- Act as a key client contact on some projects, helping to manage schedules, production and delivery, and collaborating with the wider team and creative partners where required.
- Communicate ideas clearly to clients and the wider team, contributing actively to creative discussion and critique within the studio.
- Prepare and confidently deliver creative presentations.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Strong graphic design and typographic skills, with experience working across brand identity, print and digital design.
- Experience or a strong interest in bringing graphic identities to life through 2D motion, with an appetite to develop this area further.
- Experience designing responsive websites in Figma, with a good understanding of how identity systems translate into digital environments.
- Strong technical skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience using After Effects, Cavalry or similar 2D motion software. We don’t expect applicants to know every tool, but an interest in developing these skills is important.
- Strong understanding of print production, with the ability to accurately artwork files and prepare work for production.
- Familiarity with Glyphs is a bonus.
- Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills.
- A strong interest in contemporary design, typography, art and culture.
- Collaborative, proactive, curious and keen to learn.
- 3+ years’ experience in a graphic design role within a creative studio or equivalent, with experience working across projects from concept through to delivery.
