We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in east London. Working closely with the studio team and our clients, you will manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple projects, keeping schedules, budgets and communication on track.
You should have at least 4 years’ experience managing projects within a design, branding or creative studio, and enjoy working collaboratively.
- This is a full-time position (37.5 hours, 5 days per week).
- The role is based in person at our studio in east London.
- Salary: £37,000–£46,000.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Manage the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring work stays on brief, on time and on budget.
- Act as a key day-to-day contact for clients, building strong relationships and keeping communication, decisions and actions clear.
- Shape and maintain project scopes and schedules, managing feedback, changes and additional requests as projects progress.
- Coordinate projects across the design team, managing resourcing requirements and identifying scheduling or resource issues early.
- Manage relevant project budgets, creative time, external costs and additional scope in dialogue with Directors.
- Coordinate production schedules, suppliers and specialist partners with the design team, where required.
- Support Directors with project information for new proposals, and help ensure projects are properly completed and documented.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- At least 4 years’ experience managing projects within a design, branding or creative studio, or equivalent.
- Experience managing multiple creative projects at the same time, balancing schedules, resourcing and feedback.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence managing clients and building strong relationships.
- Highly organised and proactive, with strong time-management skills and the ability to manage changing priorities across projects.
- Able to anticipate risks and resourcing issues, solve day-to-day problems independently and recognise when issues should be escalated.
- Collaborative and sensitive to the way creative teams work.
- Confident using Excel and/or Google Sheets, project-management tools and time-management systems.
- Good understanding of creative production processes across print, digital and web.
- A strong interest in contemporary design, typography, art and culture.
