Rebecca Heald develops projects at the intersection of art, architecture, public space and the urban environment. Her work includes the curation and facilitation of installations, exhibitions, large-scale public artworks and initiatives for institutions including Art on the Underground, the ICA, Tate, British Council and the Royal College of Art.
Heald commissioned us to create her new visual identity and website in 2018. We developed a plain-speaking, minimal approach that places the focus upon Heald’s projects and the artworks within them. We chose to work with the typeface Styrene, a contemporary sans serif whose odd proportions we enjoy, to add a sense of character to the identity. The website we designed for Heald draws in randomised images from a range of projects, to demonstrate the breadth and variety of her practice.
