Please note that due to Covid-19, we are dispatching all orders once a week.

Pickup from the APFEL studio:
A free pickup service is available from the APFEL studio at 37 Temple Street, London, E2 6QQ. Due to Covid-19, our physical APFEL shop is closed to the public and collection is by appointment only. We will email you to confirm a collection time between Monday–Friday, 10am–12pm. Please bring your email confirmation with you when collecting your order.

Small packages:
The shipping cost is £5 including VAT. Sent via Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class, with a delivery estimate of 2–3 working days after despatch.

Medium and large packages:
The shipping cost is £8 including VAT. Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, with a delivery estimate of the next working day after despatch.

Shop International Deliveries

Please note that due to Covid-19, we are dispatching all orders once a week. If you are located outside of the UK, delivery may take up to 30 days, depending on your delivery location, due to Covid-19 restrictions and the end of the Brexit transition period on 1 January 2021.

The shipping cost is £15 including VAT. Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, with a delivery estimate of 5–7 working days after despatch.

Custom charges vary between countries and international deliveries may be subject to local duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the prices stated on this website.

Shop Exchanges and Refunds

Should you be interested in an exchange, please request a refund and simply purchase the new item(s) separately on the APFEL website.

If you would like to return an item for a refund, please email s@apracticeforeverydaylife.com stating your name and order number, so we can process your returned items as conveniently as possible.

In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, you must return the item to us within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Items must be returned with a copy of your order confirmation email. All items returned must be in perfect, saleable condition, in their original packaging.

If returning by post, the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. APFEL is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit, or for any custom charges to international returns.

Once your return has been received by us, we will either replace the item or refund your purchase. Please note that this returns policy does not apply to custom-made items, digital goods (fonts) and sealed printed matter (unless they are deemed to be faulty).

Upon receipt of the returned item, the refund will be processed within 14 days. The original delivery charge will not be refunded.

Font Deliveries

After completion of payment, the font files and corresponding license agreement(s) will be delivered through a download link via email.

The download link will follow a few minutes after the initial order confirmation email. If the link is not receieved within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder.

The font folder(s) are sent as a zip file archive, recognised by the file extension .zip. Please download your order promptly.

Font Exchanges and Refunds

All font sales are final. Fonts cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

If the font is defective, it may be replaced or refunded at APFEL’s sole discretion, upon the condition that we are informed within 10 days of purchase and provided with copies of the receipt and font files.
