A Practice for Everyday Life is a design agency working with some of the world’s most successful companies, galleries, institutions and individuals. We create a diverse range of work including brand identities, art direction, signage & wayfinding, exhibition design, print, editorial & publishing and websites from concept to production.

The Labour Party

In Labour Better Births

Poster

We were approached by Richard Wentworth to create a poster that would accompany our own design in an auction aiming to raise funds for the Labour party. Taking the quote "In Labour Better Births", we echoed the simplified forms of early 20th century British Government motivational posters, along with using using a large-scale, bold version of Gill Sans. Resulting in the slogan becoming a call to arms for voters in the (then) upcoming general election.
