Maureen Paley Brand Identity

We revisited the visual identity for the London-based Maureen Paley Gallery. Working with a parred back approach to their printed materials, this covered office documents, adverts, invites and newsletters. Using Times New Roman, and a simple bottom bar containing all information, it presented a more utilitarian and consistent feel to them. In addition we provided a comprehensive set guidelines for the gallery staff to be able to produce all future items themselves.

Maureen Paley Website

In addition to the printed material, we also worked in collaboration with With Associates in developing the gallery's website. Following the similar approach, the systematic and standardised feel is offset with a bright magenta to highlighting items. Functioning more as an image repository, it allows viewers to gain information about the artists quickly and easily.

Seb Patane

Publication

Artist Seb Patane was deeply involved with us in producing this first publication of his work. The catalogue was published on the occasion of his first solo exhibition at Kunsthalle Mulhouse, and documents his career to date. Seb’s art works include sculptures, films, paintings, collages and prints. To draw them together on the page we presented his work through a series of image reproductions and installation photography. In order not to lose the intriguing detail of his imagery, we used a design that often repeated and focused in on specific elements of his art works.
