A Practice for Everyday Life is a design agency working with some of the world’s most successful companies, galleries, institutions and individuals. We create a diverse range of work including brand identities, art direction, signage & wayfinding, exhibition design, print, editorial & publishing and websites from concept to production.

Design for London

Royal Docks

Brand Identity and Publications

This series of publications present a vision for the regeneration of the Royal Docks in London, prepared by the Mayor of London and the Mayor of Newham. Researching the history of the area, we have built up a series of typicalities photographically and typographically which have developed a visual identity for the Royal Docks materials. The headline typeface used throughout was created specifically for the project.

Design for London Christmas Card

Printed Material

Design for London are a design resource, conceiving, evolving and delivering projects for GLA/London on behalf of the Mayor of London. They asked us to design an appropriate Christmas Card for them in 2007. In the design, snowy dots drew out a new map of London, screenprinted on greyboard.
